Dress Rehearsal and Picture Day

Act 1: Wednesday, May 29

Act 2: Thursday, May 30

Dress rehearsal will take place at the dance studio. We will also be doing class pictures while students are here for rehearsal. Students will need to be in their costume, with their hair and their make up done as if they will be on stage performing. This is the teacher's final chance to check to make sure everything looks correct for stage before our performance.

Blocking Rehearsal

Saturday, June 1

Blocking rehearsal is a time for our performers to get used to the performance space. We'll simply be running their dances on the satge, making sure we know what curtain to enter and exit from, and what it feels like to be on the stage. Students can wear clothing that they move comfortably in, and can wear their hair pulled back off of their face in a ponytail or braid. Students should be arriving at their call time, coming into the auditorium ready to perform with the shoes they need for their performance.
